Unleaded is looking for a Quality Control Manager that provides expertise and assistance in guiding consistency and quality control of creative development and production. Reviews print/digital materials and provides recommendations in a timely manner throughout all aspects of project development. Promotes consistent, high-quality work from creative and production departments by constantly developing and refining processes to increase efficiencies.

Responsibilities:

• Provides a gatekeeper approach to all projects developed, with a focus on ensuring consistent and flawless execution.

• Reviews and evaluates all projects for consistency and quality control and provides recommendations for further improvement. Involves all departments as necessary to ensure total group clarity around client mandatories or general development efficiencies.

• Provides guidance in ensuring that all creative recommendations fall within brand standards as currently defined.

• Promotes superior department work results by promptly responding to and resolving creative and production consistency or quality control issues as they arise.

• Contributes to the team effort by recommending new approaches and procedures to ensure continual improvement and efficiency of all departments.

• Applies a proactive, can-do spirit of service and problem solving to
  all projects.

• Offers support to all team members to accomplish related results by providing hands-on assistance and training to account, project management, creative and production staff as needed.

• Builds on knowledge by attending workshops and seminars and reviewing professional publications.

• Seeks out developmental opportunities and actively participates in agency and professional training initiatives and seminars.

• Delivers under stressful conditions and tight deadlines.
