Associate Brand Manager

Support the brand team in a variety of activities that includes project management, and workflow support for marketing and creative projects. With your excellent organizational skills and in partnership with the brand manager, you develop plans, build schedules, track progress, and shepherd projects through all creative phases from concepting to production and final delivery. This role requires tracking projects and deliverables, including managing resources, schedules, and deadlines. As part of the brand team, you will also be reviewing all content and ensuring it aligns with the brand standards. 

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with and assist the brand manager in marketing campaigns and projects following approved marketing plans where applicable.

  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal cross-functional teams as needed based on project scope and requirements.

  • Lead the efficient flow of work and information between departments with clear communication.

  • Ensure that all project content and collateral follow brand standards.

  • Ensure project management platform details are accurate for each project, schedules are maintained and continually track and monitor progress of assigned projects.

  • Organize and manage resources to deliver the elements required within defined scope, quality, time frames and cost constraints. 

  • Monitor, update, and communicate project status; generate reports as needed or assigned. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising or related field. 

  • 2-4 years of experience in Marketing or Advertising Agency required.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment with organization and strong attention to detail.

  • Creative thinker and problem solver

  • Attention to detail and organized with project management experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication 

  • Fast learner able to adapt to new systems and methodologies. 

  • Digitally savvy and knowledgeable about trends and platforms. 

  • Experience in Workamajig and Notion is a plus.
