The Integrated Marketing Manager Role

The Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for measuring marketing campaign performance across channels, making recommendations based on analysis, and maintaining overall reporting system functionality. This role will also support creating and implementing digital media across channels. The ideal candidate can tell a story through data, analyze marketing’s impact on sales, and make recommendations that help the team optimize and enhance the scope of campaign distribution.

Responsibilities:

  • Use key marketing systems (digital media platforms, analytics tools, marketing automation, CRM) to generate and distribute reports on the performance of campaigns through the sales funnel.

  • Create and maintain reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.

  • Analyze campaign metrics and make recommendations to enhance marketing ROI and increase client satisfaction.

  • Analyze, interpret, and report marketing campaign performance, trends analysis, user activity, customer purchasing behavior and other metrics using Google Analytics and other tools available.

  • Produce and analyze metrics and reports utilizing business and consumer data in various reporting formats based off internal business client requirements.

  • Monitor campaigns to optimize performance based on industry best practices.

  • Provide recommendations that enhance future campaign performance and measurements.

  • Proactively explore data to find trends, discover KPIs, and apply proper hypothesis testing. Track the performance of output and take corrective action as needed to reach or exceed KPIs.

  • Research & analyze current market trends and best practices.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction with products and services, reporting to the internal team.

  • Develop robust KPIs and scorecards for marketing performance monitoring.

  • Analyze data on consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth in new markets.

  • Present analysis and findings to a variety of audiences with recommendations.

  • Standardize methodology for reporting of ROI for shows and events.

  • Automate the flow of lead information from multiple data silos (i.e., website data, CRM data).

  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance.

  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign execution and lead management.

  • Media Management: plan, execute and manage daily, weekly, or monthly campaigns and events. Analyze progress and outcomes to understand where we are tracking relative to established KPIs and sales goals.

  • Partner with the Social Media Manager to implement the social media strategy, supporting with copywriting or developing simple graphics. 

  • Improve communication between data sources to flow seamlessly with updated data, maintaining relevancy and accuracy while improving forecasting capabilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field

  • 5-8 years of previous working experience as a Marketing Operations Analyst, or similar position

  • Proficiency in PowerBI/Tableau at developing robust reporting and actionable output preferred.

  • Familiar with the latest technology & trends in the marketing industry including marketing operations tools including: UTMs, Google Tag Manager, first and third-party cookies, etc.

  • Versed in digital marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio).

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including experience with SEO, SEM, Social Media, and web

  • Strong problem solving and outstanding analytical skills

  • Business acumen

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Fast learner – can achieve power user status on multiple tools quickly

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets skills
